Two Futures · Free letters
You know what you'd lose if you changed. Do you know what staying is costing you?
Two Futures is my free 30-minute exercise for midlife women stuck on a change they keep putting off. I guide you through my questions about your real life, and AI turns your answers into two letters from yourself, ten years from now: one from the woman who stayed, and one from the woman who changed.
What you get
- See what staying is quietly costing you, so you stop weighing only what you'd lose by changing
- Hear from the woman who made the change, hard parts included, so it feels real and not like a fairytale
- Notice which letter you want to read twice, so you learn what really matters to you right now
- End with a short pause to calm your body, so you finish steady, not shaken
Free. You'll also get my emails on making the change you keep putting off, gently. Unsubscribe anytime.
Hi, I'm Anael
I'm 55, French, and I live in Brussels. For years I was the good girl: pharmacist, manager, doing everything right. Then came burnout.
Since then, I've rebuilt my work as a change management consultant, started my own creative business, and made some of the hardest decisions of my life. Each time, what helped me most was seeing clearly what staying where I was would cost me. I was scared, and I moved anyway, one small step at a time.
That's why I made Two Futures. Because in fact, most of us only ever look at one side of the decision.
Maybe you're wondering…
"I don't even know what I want."
That's OK. You don't need to. The questions start with your life as it is today, and the letters often show you what you want better than any list could.
"What if it tells me to leave, or to quit?"
It won't. Two Futures doesn't decide for you. The woman who stayed isn't a failure, and the woman who changed isn't a fairytale. You see both honestly, and the choice stays yours.
"I'm not good with AI."
You don't need to be. You copy one prompt, paste it into ChatGPT or Claude (the free versions work), and answer questions in your own words. I explain every step.
"Is it OK to share my story with an AI?"
Only share what you're comfortable sharing. You can leave out names and keep details general. The letters still work.
"What if it stirs up too much?"
It might stir things up, and that's normal. That's why it ends with a short pause to calm your body. You don't need to do anything with what you feel today.
"I'm not ready to change anything."
You don't have to be. This isn't about making the change. It's about seeing clearly. Yes, it's scary to look. But you can do it.
This is a reflection exercise. The letters don't predict the future, and it isn't therapy or medical, legal or financial advice.
