My journey didn’t begin in clarity.
It began with burnout, self-betrayal, and the silent ache of living by everyone else’s expectations.
As a pharmacist and certified coach, I knew the science of wellness & happiness — yet I found myself trapped in a life that looked “fine” on the outside but felt hollow inside.
That wake-up call led me on a radical inner journey:
To say YES to myself.
To honor my needs, my dreams, and my voice — unapologetically.
Today, through my Embodied Yes™ Method and the path of the Yes spiral, I guide women who hear the whisper “this isn’t it” — and are ready to rise.
